Attitude!

Brody was getting into something he wasn't supposed to. I don't even remember what! I told him,"No sir" and this is the look I got! Attitude!!!

Laundry!

Brody LOVES to help with the laundry!! He will help me take them from washer to dryer. He will "help" me fold them and put them up. Sometimes his putting up is throwing them in the floor BUT it's in the right room. Baby steps ;)

Dr. Phil and Goldfish

Brody LOVES goldfish and he loves watching Dr. Phil. He will clap when good advice is given ;)

Ears!

A bit ago Brody had a recheck with Dr. Lake about the tubes in his ears. They look great! Brody had a good time playing and calling his peeps ;)

Awards Day

Today was Awards Day at Westwood Elementary. Bentley got a certificate for A/B Honor Roll all year long. Very proud of him! He also got awards for Most Improved in Math Facts and The Best Bubble Award. Too funny! My boy is ending his 3rd grade year!!!! Fourth grade is just around the corner. AHHHH!!!

My Daddy's Birthday

Sunday, May 20th was my dad's 58th birthday. Bentley called and wished him a Happy Birthday first and I think Papa enjoyed that! We are lucky to have my dad here with us. It was a rough year last year. He had not been feeling himself for sometime but tests he had never showed anything major. When he just wasn't getting any better, his doctor scheduled more thorough tests and discovered he had some blocked arteries. Like 80 and 90% blocked!! They said they could not believe he hadn't had a massive heart attack. The doctor scheduled triple bypass surgery and I can tell you I was terrified he wasn't going to make it through the surgery. He went through surgery well and was in recovery when they sent us out immediately. They couldn't get his bleeding under control. In the end everything was ok and he is here and his same moody self ;) I cannot imagine not having my parents here with me. I don't even want to think about it!
