Kids Mercedes Marathon 2012

February 11th was Bentley's 4th marathon. The kids run throughout the school year 25 miles and the last mile is run at the Kids Mercedes Marathon. It is awesome to experience and I actually caught myself tearing up when they lifted the ribbon for them to start running. I was and am so proud of him. It was unbelievably cold but Bentley was a trooper! We ran into some friends from church who were running with their kids, The Mingle's. After the marathon we went to eat and Bentley spent the night with his Nana. Brody spent some time with his Mimi and Russell and I went on a date. We had some much needed one-on-one time. We all stay so busy, it's hard to sneak away sometimes. We went to watch The Vow. A very sweet love story that makes you really take inventory into your OWN love story. After the movie we ate at Applebees. It was mediocore. But we all had an excellent day!!!

Bentley is #3581 at 8:57! Awesome!!!
