Hand Foot Mouth Disease

So Friday Brody started fussing a lot and started running a small fever. It never got over 100.6 and he had a 4 teeth about to break through so I assumed it was just teething. Well Saturday he developed a spot on his face. We had been playing outside so I thought it was a bug bite. Late Saturday into Sunday, Brody started breaking out REALLY bad. His arms, legs, buttocks, and hands were covered with red dots. Some were pretty big, some pretty small. He was not eating or drinking. Took him to the doctor Sunday afternoon and he has Hand Foot Mouth Disease :( He looks pitiful!! He seems to be feeling better today but still is covered in sores. He has to stay in for at least a week. Bentley is staying with Mom and Dad for a few days in hopes he doesn't get it. We shall see.
