Sunday Fun Day

I taught Bible class yesterday and our Bible story was about Jesus washing the Apostles feet. So we sat in the floor for our story and as I was telling the story I washed the childrens feet. The point of course was to show Jesus' teachings of humility and servanthood. It went very well and the kids definitely remembered the story afterwards because I quizzed them! They are a precious bunch!! After church, we went to Fernando's for lunch. It was excellent! I highly recommend the shrimp enchiladas. Yumm-O!! We went home and took naps and then headed to UAB to see Gmomma before her open heart surgery on Monday. It was a good visit and we are saying lots of prayers for her to come through this better than ever. Bentley said the sweetest prayer for her last night :)
